Who we are?
We're a 30+ person team built by two founders, Siddarth and Kirtan, who've seen every type of agency culture - the chaotic ones, the corporate ones, the "we're a family" ones and ones that burn people out.
They started Blackcoffee because they wanted something different: a place where talented people can do their best work without the typical agency stereotypes.
We're spread across India remotely. We manage ₹500Cr+ in Ad spends annually across 250+ brands. Our average client stays for 2+ years because we actually move their numbers. And most on our team stick around because this is genuinely a great place to work.
